ARRIVALS IN REYKJAVIK

Upon arrival in Iceland, please meet your driver outside of baggage claim. Your driver will be holding a sign with the William Grant & Sons logo. After you retrieve your luggage and exit customs, you will be escorted to your vehicle for transportation to the hotel.

DEPARTURES FROM REYKJAVIK

On the day of departure, please meet your driver outside the hotel lobby for transportation to the airport. This pickup time will appear on your welcome packet, and you will be notified the day prior should there be any changes. 

 

GROUND TRANSPORTATION

Transportation will be provided for all sponsored activities during the program. Ground transportation for functions that are not included in the program agenda will be at your own expense.
